CADD Operator
Applicants must be proficient in the
use of AutoCAD 2000 and above. Past experience in the preparation of structural
drawings is not required but is a benefit. Competitive salary and benefits

Design Engineer
Applicants should have 0-3 years
experience in the design of buildings and building foundations. Familiarity with
Microsoft Office and AutoCAD are required. The position will require that the
applicant be able to work as a part of a team, possess good communication
skills, and be able to assist in all aspects of building design. Applicant will
occasionally attend meetings, visit construction sites, and check shop drawings.

Project
Engineer
The applicant should have 4-8 years of
experience in the design of buildings and foundations. Applicants will work
under the guidance of a project manager, but will be expected to perform
independently on the majority of the design/detailing aspects of preparing
contract documents for a building. Excellent communication and organizational
skills in addition to a familiarity with Microsoft Office are a must. Applicant
will attend meetings, visit construction sites, prepare specifications and check

Project Manager
A successful candidate should have 9
or more years of building design experience, registered as a professional
engineer and be able to be a team leader. Applicant will be expected
to concurrently manage multiple projects from schematic design through construction
administration. Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must.
Applicant will regularly attend meetings, correspond directly with clients,
visit construction sites, prepare specifications, write proposals and check shop
